Happy New Year every one. The village hotel is still open this winter all the way through to the summer so if you want to get away from it all, we are open and have the home fires burning 🙂 So, 2016? What the plan, we have a photography tour at easter, and more thought out the year, we will hopefully be moving forward with the dinning room and producing more of our own food. Hence this idea of an under ground green house – we want to make one in the field next to the hotel, imagine fresh tomatoes for Christmas dinner this year 🙂
